Shelvy ("we", "us") is an iOS app that catalogs your doll collection from photos. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account info. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address (or Apple's private relay address).
Photos you upload. Shelf photos you take or pick are uploaded to our servers to detect and identify dolls. We only access photos you explicitly choose.
Your corrections. Edits you make (boxes, names, conditions) are stored to improve recognition quality.
Usage analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the app is used (screens, events, device type). No photos are sent to analytics.
Purchases. Subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed via RevenueCat. We never see your payment details.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data.
We don't show ads.
We don't access your photo library beyond what you pick.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's settings, or by emailing support@getshelvy.app. Deletion is permanent.
